Brightness has increased 300% over the R4 all while keeping heat to a minimum by the use of a 12,000 RPM turbine system.
In addition to the 12,000 RPM turbine system, the positioning of the emitters has been fine tuned to match the positioning of a standard halogen bulb. This means less stray light and glare, which equals more effective light on the road where it needs to be.
By eliminating the braided copper and replacing it with the turbine system, the overall size is within 2 cm of the standard halogen bulb of equal type.
For E30s with Euro assemblies requiring H1 Bulbs, the small caps with socket can't be used.
